SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of completed payment.

IMPORT DUTIES, VAT AND TAXES

SiamMandalay will not be responsible for any duties, import taxes, and VAT on the delivery of our products. Any fees will be at the sole discretion of the customer.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is included free of charge on all orders. Orders fulfilled from our EU and US warehouses take approximately 3 – 5 business days on standard shipments.

Sale items shipped from our Thai headquarters can take 2 – 3 weeks.

To request rush shipping or alternate carrier, specify this in your order notes when checking out, then contact us at shop@siammandalay.com. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not absolutely satisfied with something you have received from us, we are happy to help.

You may request a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit up to 30 days after receiving your product by contacting us at shop@siammandalay.com. To help us complete your request faster, please provide the order number of your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect according to the order placed, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional charge to you. Promptly after receiving the product, take pictures of the product and its packaging, making sure any damage or defects (or the label in case of an incorrect item) are in frame, and attach the images to your e-mail to us. You are not required to return damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

RETURN FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT

If a product you ordered just wasn’t quite what you were hoping for, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or credit toward another purchase in our online store. Just let us know that you want to return a product and we will give you a return reference number. Once you have this number, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging, with the return reference number clearly indicated on the shipping box or in a letter enclosed with the product.
