Such a great puzzle! I bought 2 as a team building game for my staff and they loved it. It helps them interact with one another. The puzzle wasnt hard but for the price it's good for teenagers and young adults. The wood sometimes gets stuck but with a little wiggle and press itll move and fit. Small and perfect for killing time. Amazing stocking stuffers

Although my six grand children are all in their Twenties now, I like to give them a "fun" gift along with my gift of money. This puzzle, made of very nice wood from Thailand, fits the bill for "something to play with" along with the check.
Was a beautiful present for my girlfriend, she made it in 2 hours and enjoyed it a lot.

Amazing gift for anyone with too much on their mind. Medium difficulty, not for kids, but adults will love it.
I love it. It's easy enough you won't end up throwing it, but hard enough where you still contemplate throwing it against the wall. My friend and I did it together, messed up one piece and had to start all over again. It's super fun. Can't wait to try it on my own! We still haven't touched the (cheat page) instructions and have no plans to. Now we just need to buy another one.
Beautiful craftsmanship. Looks lovely sitting out as decorative accessory. I do wish the puzzle was a bit harder though. My 22 year old son solved it rather quickly. He is fairly clever though and still enjoyed it.
This puzzle is made fairly well, all the pieces fit together in a satisfying way. However, it only took me a couple minutes to solve it right out of the box and everyone I've given it to has solved it that quickly as well. It may be good for children, but it is too easy to provide much of a challenge at all to an adult.
Used it for an adult scavenger hunt and stumped everyone for well over an hour. Really fun to watch. Not everyone who thought they were smart did well. Everyone got frustrated at some point but none gave up. Much harder to assemble than disassemble. Cheating with YouTube barely seemed to help.
This stumped the smarty pants young men from 17-46 in my family and mean old Grammy removed the instructions. The five of them sat in a huddle actually interacting and talking to each other for several hours trying to solve this cute little puzzle. They finally cheated and looked the answer up online. Putting it back together was even more of a challenge. There are no cheats online for that and the instructions were locked away in Grammmy's sock drawer 25 miles away!! It was a great gift for the 17 year old.He made it a point to drive me home to get those instructions which has NEVER happened before! He told me he took it to school and stumped all of his friends and even a teacher. He got a lot of Joy out of such an inexpensive gift. I plan to get him another one next year. It may become a Christmas tradition that never gets old so keep cranking these puzzles out. They are interactive family fun for a wide range of ages! It made my heart glow to watch my men enjoying themselves and each other so much. Edited for sticky key spelling errors
What a fun little puzzle. Gave it to my 9 year old son who diligently spent 45 min to figure it out. I took about 10 min. My 11 year old son took about 30min. They now time each other to see who can do it the fastest (about 30 seconds). Grandma even gave it a try and did it in about 30 min (with help from grandkids). Love it. The pieces fit well together, it's a super fun brain teaser, and great table top conversation starter. Have a few minutes to kill? Give the puzzle a try! Ordered the square one now too as we had so much fun with this one!!!!
It says on the description that the item is supposed to come in a specific box with the logo of the company engraved on it. I didn't get such a box, and couldn't find such a logo which makes me feel like I received an imitation. The description warns against imitations- and so I leave this review.The imitation is fine- it works the way it's intended to.
Purchased this as a gift for my mom, who enjoys puzzles and games, and this one was a challenger! The design and structure of the puzzle is of great quality and at one time there were several of us looking at it trying to figure it out. It's good for getting friends and visitors involved as well, because it lays out on the coffee table and people are always curious to know what it is. Highly recommended for puzzle enthusiasts!
I bought this for a family of teenage boys who are aspiring engineers. I chose this particular one because reviewers had said it was very challenging. However, the high school senior was able to put it together in less time than it takes me to wash, dry, and style my hair! He is very bright, but I'm still looking for a gift that would be challenging for him. I'm giving it five stars, however, because the materials used to make the puzzle are very high quality, and it does serve as good practice.
This puzzle is well made and is a nice challenge for the wooden puzzle-loving snob in my family. He gets a lot of different wooden puzzles for gifts (birthday, Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) and this is the first time that I heard him say that a puzzle could prove to be a bit of a challenge for him. It's nice enough to display in the family room... so after he solves it, it will be available for others to give it a shot. :)
